Where the fifteen years went
Senior Manager, Global Training — Dover Corporation
I manage a technical training team out of Austin, Texas and the Chicago area. They handle product training on hardware and software support, and I strategise the training needs of the whole North American market.
Global Senior Manager, Training — Unisys
Training delivery for enterprise computing across US & Canada, EMEA, India and LATAM. I set the learning pathways for the technology lifecycle, and owned knowledge management and instructional design for the whole product set.
Four regions, one pathway structureTraining Manager — Wipro
End-to-end training for an AI/ML client, with the instructional design team working to ADDIE and SAM. I reported programme health on throughput, first-pass accuracy, attrition, 0–30 day performance, quartile variance and CSAT.
+10% productivity from closed skill gapsTraining Manager — Concentrix
Two and a half thousand learners. I built and ran the Training COE, set the development paths for managers and supervisors, built the first-time leaders boot camp, and planned, administered and reported the training budget. Alongside it I curated FutureSkills content for NASSCOM — the same question at national scale: what should people be able to do next.
30% promotion rate, first-time leaders boot campLead Support — Envoy Mortgage
I built and published e-learning out of internal content, tracked performance on the LMS, and reviewed existing material on a fixed cycle instead of waiting for it to break.

Six years in a classroom before I managed anyone. It’s where the facilitation came from, and I’d like to think it still shows.
