I started as a Facilitator. I never really left.

Fifteen years across technical training, L&D, coaching, training management and HR — bridging the gaps businesses didn't know they had. These days that work runs on AI-assisted approaches, using generative AI to make training land.

Along the way I've been:

• designing learning that people finish
• delivering and managing the content behind it
• changing mindsets
• helping teams enable and support modern professional learning
• empowering individuals to acquire — or hone — the skills their own development depends on

What I care about most is the part that happens between people — the coaching, the assumptions worth dismantling, and the connections that outlast any program.

Outside work I play music, which I'm quite passionate about — and which is a standing reminder of how long anything takes to get good at.
